When I arrived at the hotel, there was a slight smell in the rooms next to mine, but overall, the rooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately, the room couldn't get warm even with the air conditioner set at 30 degrees Celsius. The service was pleasant, although it lacked that warm and friendly feeling typical of hotels in Japan. The location was excellent, right next to the Mt. Fuji train station and bus station, which worked well for us as we were planning to climb Mt. Fuji. The dining options were limited, but the Japanese minced meat curry with rice was delicious. Overall, a good stay with some minor inconveniences.

The hotel location is brilliant with Fujisan station just a few meters away, making transportation to Fuji Highland and 河口湖駅 easy. Easy to find many restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms with a spectacular view of Fujisan, but unable to see it directly. Friendly and courteous service, although English proficiency varies. Dining offers very limited choices and quality. Facilities are average in line with price.
